Welcome to CasaKart. The website casakart.shop is owned and operated by ANUWAK, with its office at 691 Sector 4, IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana, India. The website and any other sales channels we use are together called the "Platform". By using the Platform or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Use of the Platform

The Platform is for your personal, non-commercial use. It is meant for adults; any minor should use it only under a parent's or guardian's supervision. You are responsible for keeping your account and login details confidential and for all activity under your account. If you think your account has been misused, contact us immediately. We may refuse service, suspend or close accounts, or cancel orders if these terms are violated or if we suspect fraud.

2. Products & information

We try to describe products as accurately as possible. However, colours, sizes and images may vary slightly from the actual product, and "assorted" items are sent from available stock. We may correct errors in descriptions, prices or availability at any time, including after an order is placed.

3. Product use

Please read the product label, instructions and warnings before use. Health and personal-care products are for general use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease; they are not a substitute for medical advice. If you have allergies, sensitive skin or a medical condition, consult a doctor before use and do a patch test where relevant. CasaKart is not responsible for reactions or damage caused by incorrect use or failure to follow instructions.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it by message or call and ship it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, the pincode is not serviceable, there is a pricing or listing error, or we suspect fraudulent or repeated refused-COD orders. Any amount paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.

5. Prices & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of your order applies. We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) through secure payment partners.

6. Shipping & risk

Delivery is free across India. Dispatch and delivery timelines are explained in our Shipping Policy. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once the product is delivered.

7. Returns, refunds & cancellations

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery, and cancel before dispatch, as explained in our Return Policy and Refund Policy.

8. Electronic communication

By using the Platform or contacting us, you agree to receive messages from us by SMS, WhatsApp, email or phone about your orders and account. These satisfy any legal requirement for written communication. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time.

9. Reviews & content

You may post reviews, comments and photos, as long as they are honest and not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening or infringing anyone's rights, and do not contain spam or viruses. You may not impersonate anyone or use a false identity. By posting, you allow CasaKart to use, display and reproduce that content (with your name) on the Platform and in marketing. We may edit or remove any content.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images and design — belongs to ANUWAK / CasaKart or its licensors and is protected under Indian law. The CasaKart name and logo may not be used without our written permission. We give you a limited, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal use, which we may withdraw at any time.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANUWAK, CasaKart and its team, partners and affiliates from any claims, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

13. Changes & severability

We may update these terms and our policies at any time; changes apply from the date they are posted. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
