Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on casakart.shop, operated by ANUWAK under the brand CasaKart.

Free delivery & Cash on Delivery

  • Free delivery on all orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery is available β€” no advance payment and no extra COD charge.

Dispatch & delivery time

  • Every order is checked before it is packed and shipped through our third-party courier partners.
  • Orders confirmed before 6 PM (Monday–Saturday) are usually dispatched the same day; later orders are dispatched the next working day. Dispatch may take longer during sales and festivals.
  • Delivery usually takes 4–7 working days after dispatch. Some remote areas and the North-East may take up to 10–15 working days. Our support team will inform you of any unusual delay.
  • All timelines are estimates and may change due to weather, strikes, courier issues or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

After dispatch you receive a tracking ID / link by SMS, WhatsApp or email. If your order is sent in more than one shipment, each shipment has its own tracking ID.

Delivery attempts

Our courier partners deliver on a best-effort basis and usually make up to 3 attempts. Please keep your phone reachable and, for COD orders, keep the amount ready. If the parcel cannot be delivered, it returns to our warehouse and we will contact you to re-ship or close the order as per our Refund Policy.

Damaged parcel

If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, you may refuse it, or accept it and record an unboxing video, then contact us within 48 hours.

Address changes

Please check your address and pincode carefully. To change the address, email us at support@casakart.shop before the order is dispatched.
