This website (casakart.shop) is operated by CBC Retail India under the brand CasaKart, with its office at 691 Sector 4, IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders
An order is confirmed only after we accept it. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the pincode is not serviceable, the price or details were displayed in error, or we suspect fraudulent or repeated refused-COD activity. If you have paid, you will get a full refund.
2. Prices & payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We accept Cash on Delivery and online payments (UPI, cards, net banking). Prices may change without notice; the price shown when you order applies.
3. Product information
We try to show products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on screen, and "assorted" items are sent from available stock. Product descriptions are for general information; please read the label and instructions before use.
4. Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.
5. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, place fake orders, or copy its content without permission. Reviews you submit may be displayed on the website.
6. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events or other reasons beyond our control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
