Shipping Policy

• Free delivery on all orders across India.
• Cash on Delivery available — no advance payment, no extra COD charge.
• Orders placed before 6 PM (Monday–Saturday) are usually dispatched the same day; later orders the next working day.
• Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days. Remote areas and the North-East may take up to 10 business days.
• Once your order ships, you receive a tracking link by SMS / WhatsApp / email.

Delivery attempts

Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. Please keep your phone reachable. For COD orders, keep the exact amount ready if possible.

Damaged parcel

If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, you may refuse it, or accept it and record an unboxing video, then contact us within 48 hours.

Wrong address

Please check your address and pincode carefully. If you need to change the address, WhatsApp us at 81301 03002 before dispatch.
